When you see the words Miracle Home on a RE/MAX yard sign in Saskatchewan, know that the agent is donating a portion of their sale to Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation.
REMAX agents in Canada have raised over $100 million for children’s hospital foundations across Canada, helping raise funds and awareness for 13 Children’s Hospitals in Canada, and donations stay local to fund critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric equipment and research.
What Is The Miracle Home & Miracle Commercial Property Program?
RE/MAX real estate professionals believe in giving back to the communities in which they live and work, with a charitable focus on strengthening the foundation of this country’s great neighbourhoods. RE/MAX does this by lending support to valuable local initiatives, organizations and programs that make a profound difference in the care and quality of life for Canadians, such as Children’s Miracle Network (CMN), through the Miracle Home Program and Miracle Commercial Property Program.
The Miracle Home and Miracle Commercial Property program is a program exclusive to RE/MAX agents, where participating agents donate on behalf of their clients after each property sale or lease. In 2023, RE/MAX affiliates across Canada donated more than $5.16 million to Canadian children’s hospitals.
When people buy, sell or lease a property with a RE/MAX agent they can help make miracles happen. A RE/MAX agent who is participating in either program will designate the property as a Miracle Home or Miracle Commercial Property. A Miracle Home listing will display a specially branded RE/MAX for Sale sign, which shows prospective buyers that their purchase will also contribute to a good cause in their new neighbourhood, and Miracle Commercial Properties will be advertised locally, regionally, nationally and across North America. Once the home or commercial property sells or leases, the RE/MAX agent donates to their local CMN member hospital on their client's behalf.
