The City of Regina recently proposed a new zoning bylaw and is calling on the public for feedback to be considered when the bylaw is presented for approval in June.
According to Part 1B of the bylaw proposal, “the purpose of this bylaw is to control the use of land and regulate development in the City of Regina to provide for the amenity of the area and for the health, safety and general welfare of the residents of Regina.”
