In August 2018, REMAX Crown Real Estate hosted its annual charity golf tournament in support of Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital, raising a record $49,000 by the end of the year. Thanks to the support of Canadian Pacific, through its CP Has Heart program, donations from the REMAX Charity Golf Tournament were matched in honour of the CP Women’s Open in Regina, which was also held in August. Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital Foundation is dedicated to raising funds for the enhancement of maternal and children’s health care in Saskatchewan and Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital. Thank you to all REMAX Agents across our province in helping the hospital become a reality.
Through your hard work and dedication, Saskatchewan’sJim Pattison Children’s Hospital is one step closer to opening its doors. The new 176 bed facility will be the province’s first ever, dedicated maternal and children’s hospital, with the only Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
(PICU) in Saskatchewan. More than $68 million has been raised so far with the Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital slated to open in late 2019. Your funds work to support the purchase of specialized equipment pieces such as the C-MAC Video Laryngoscope for intubating premature babies and children. The flexibility of the portable laryngoscope is ideal for emergency situations, including high trauma and difficult intubations, making a safer hospital stay for kids.
The Jim Pattison Children’s Hospital will treat kids from every corner of the province who need the most critical care. Your support is helping to build a better future for this special place we call home.
