RE/MAX real estate professionals believe in giving back to the communities in which they live and work, with a charitable focus on strengthening the foundation of this country’s great neighbourhoods. RE/MAX does this by lending support to valuable local initiatives, organizations and programs that make a profound difference in the care and quality of life for Canadian citizens.
Since partnering with RE/MAX in 1992, Canadian RE/MAX agents have donated over $89 million during their 30-year partnership to their local Children’s Hospitals through the Miracle Home Program. Children’s Miracle Network raises funds and awareness for 12 Children’s Hospitals in Canada, and donations stay local to fund critical treatments and healthcare services, pediatric equipment and research.
The Miracle Home Program
The Miracle Home Program is an exclusive program to RE/MAX agents, where participating agents donate on behalf of their clients after each home sale. RE/MAX affiliates across Canada donated more than $5.4 million in 2021. By choosing a RE/MAX agent that is part of the Miracle Home Program, you are helping the more than 2.4 million sick and injured Canadian children that visit a Children’s Hospital each year.
What is a Miracle Home?
You can sell your home, or you can sell your home with a RE/MAX agent and help make miracles happen. When you list your home with a RE/MAX agent participating in the Miracle Home Program, it will be designated as a Miracle Home with a special For Sale Sign.
This shows perspective buyers by purchasing your home they are also contributing to a good cause in the neighbourhood they will be joining. That’s because once your home sells your agent will make a donation to a local Children’s Miracle Network Hospital on your behalf. You can feel good knowing that when you choose to list your home with a RE/MAX agent that is part of the Miracle Home program you are also choosing to help to make a difference in a child’s life.
Thank you for choosing RE/MAX, you are making a difference in children’s health care. Change kids’ health. Change the future.
