RE/MAX Crown Real Estate Goes to R4

RE/MAX Crown Real Estate Goes to R4

Every year RE/MAX Crown Real Estate awards a deserving agent a paid trip and registration to RE/MAX R4, which is an annual International RE/MAX conference held in Las Vegas, Nevada, at the MGM Grand Casino at the end of February. This year’s conference was attended by approximately 7000 RE/MAX agents from 67 Countries. This conference is an opportunity for agents to learn and grow with multiple education sessions, the newest tech tools, CMN auctions, live entertainment, awards celebrations, as well as networking for invaluable referrals, and much more.

Adele Ruschkowski RE/MAX Crown Real Estate REALTOR® won the trip and registration to R4 by random draw during our annual Christmas party! “…It has been a very informative and fun week. I feel invigorated for the spring market! I am so thankful to be a part of RE/MAX Crown Real Estate in Regina, with exceptional brokers, support staff and a wonderful group of agents too! “says Adele.

Transformation was a theme throughout the opening event, which underscored the RE/MAX vision of growth and its modern business approach – one that takes risks and delivers more.

Adam Contos, RE/MAX CEO outlined how ongoing “bold moves” are equipping already productive agents to be even more successful, do even more business and, in turn, help even more people.

Highlights from R4

Contos announced several additions to RE/MAX University. In addition to a partnership with Buffini & Company, a new commercial learning track and coaching videos from some of the company’s top agents, it will add three additional languages: Turkish, Arabic and Italian. The company offers its trainings in Spanish, Portuguese, French, Chinese, Korean.

Contos welcomed five CMN Hospitals Miracle Children on stage to share their stories. RE/MAX agents have donated millions of dollars to support CMN Hospitals and kids for the past 28 years.

Speaker Les Brown encouraged the audience to celebrate their victories but to also “stay hungry” and avoid the mistake of slowing down or becoming complacent. He noted that he didn’t really think it would be a problem, considering the quality, drive and confidence of RE/MAX professionals around the world.

Agents had the opportunity to stop by the R4 ”The MarketPlace” to find trusted, RE/MAX-vetted vendors, connect to supplies, services and technology that help run businesses seamlessly. The exhibits were always buzzing with excitement, with new products to test, demos to conduct, and samples to try, and was open Monday through Thursday and say hello to your favorite suppliers as well as to make some new connections.

Tuesday evening the Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Live Auction and Ice Cream Social took place (which raised over $100,000!) followed by a private concert featuring Journey and DJ Twitch. This exclusive RE/MAX event takes place at the spectacular MGM Grand Garden Arena.

Things keep going on Wednesday, when Chief Customer Officer Nick Bailey hosts Good Morning RE/MAX. Bailey’s event will highlight new marketing initiatives, the consumer experience, and the agent’s role as the most important part of a real estate transaction. Ending the day with the Global Referral Exchange, which gives agents all over the world a unique way to network and showcase a little bit of there culture.

Thursday wrapped up the event with educational conferences and a closing general session with speaker Jia Jiang, also known as the Wuju Dragon. “Wuju” means fearless in ancient Chinese, and in his closing remarks, Jia, arms you and your teams with tools to overcome rejection and achieve M.O.R.E. success
