On August 27, golfers, sponsors, volunteers, and supporters gathered at Sherwood Forest Golf Club in Regina for our Annual Charity Golf Tournament, a day of friendly competition all for a great cause. Thanks to everyone who came out, together we raised $25,595 for the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Foundation.
Every dollar raised stays right here in Saskatchewan. As Jada Cook, Community Engagement Manager at Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Foundation, shared in this year's wrap-up video:
"All the funds raised at this amazing tournament today will stay right in Saskatchewan, helping kids who need to use Jim Pattison Children's Hospital Foundation. We use it to fund innovative research, pediatric equipment within the hospital, and also programming in the hospital that makes it more family-centered."
And as Pat Dell, owner of Verico Crown Mortgage Services, shared:
"Every year we come and we support the RE/MAX Golf Tournament because the charity of choice is the Jim Pattison Children's Hospital, which is something that everybody should be supporting because we all have children in our lives."
