Friday morning Regina Downtown BID and Evraz Place provided a free pancake breakfast and the opportunity to take a photo with the Stanley cup in City Square Plaza to gear up for The PreGame at the 2019 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™. The Breakfast is followed by the STICKS ball hockey tournament, a community-run Street Hockey Classic in support of the Shine on Foundation.
Hockey fans are invited to join the National Hockey League® (NHL®) and its corporate partners at The PreGame, the official NHL tailgate party of the 2019 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™. This FREE, non-ticketed, hockey festival will be open on Saturday, October 26, 2019 (1:00PM – 7:30PM Local) located at Mosaic Stadium and Sunday, October 27, 2019 (10:00AM – 1:30PM Local) located at Confederation Park. The PreGame will offer family friendly hockey interactive games and attractions, live music, special appearances and other dynamic activities.
Saturday events continue with a second Tailgate Party in the City Square Plaza from 2:00-6:00pm that has six outdoor street hockey rinks that will be filled with family-friendly activities, including areas to test your hockey skills, a chance to play life-sized table top hockey, a kids zone, games, hockey crafts, a visit from the Regina Pats mascot K9, and more!
Don’t have tickets to the game?
Go to the big screen on F.W. Hill Mall in City Square Plaza to watch the Saskatchewan Roughriders vs. Edmonton Eskimos at 5PM, followed by the 2019 Tim Hortons NHL Heritage Classic™: Winnipeg Jets vs. Calgary Flames at 8PM. Dress warm and show off your favourite sports team jersey! Limited seating available, please bring your own lawn chairs and blankets.
GAME DAY Stadium Shuttle Service
The City of Regina will be running a FREE shuttle bus service to Mosaic Stadium on October 26th starting at 5 p.m. The shuttles will be continuously looping between pick-up and drop-off locations for up to an hour post-game. Passengers are unloaded in front of Mosaic Stadium on 10th Avenue & Elphinstone St. and picked up at the same location. Find more information here.

1) Southland Mall – Gordon Road & Rae Street (beside BMO)
2) Northgate Mall – Albert Street & 7th Avenue North.
3) University of Regina – University Drive West at University Drive South
4) Warehouse District – Behind Centennial Mall (Hamilton St. & 6th Ave.) and in front of Baller’s Rec Room (Dewdney Ave. & Scarth St.)
5) Downtown Regina – Delta Hotel (Saskatchewan Dr. & Hamilton St.) and Service Canada Building (11th Ave. & Westbound Hamilton St.)
Parking
There are limited parking passes available for onsite parking at Mosaic Stadium. In order to park on the grounds you must purchase an advance parking pass.
Gates
Gates will open 11/2 hours before the start of the game.
