Aleksandar Arsenic

Alek joined RE/MAX Crown Real Estate in 2025. He started his real estate career with Royal LePage Regina Realty in 2008. As a seasoned REALTOR®, Alek has a strong focus on both the residential and commercial real estate market.  His extensive knowledge and detailed understanding of the real estate landscape have made him a desired resource for clients seeking guidance across both commercial and residential properties.

During his career in real estate, Alek has gained a broad exposure and a wealth of experience in real estate development, government relations, and project management.  He has worked and partnered with various developers on different projects in the last 14 years.  He has worked with clients covering residential and multi-family asset classes from acquisition to development/redevelopment, to raising capital and project management.  As a previous Political Action Representative of the Regina Real Estate Board, Alek became a liaison and lobbied with various municipal, provincial and federal officials on real estate matters and developed a strong sense of governmental affairs.  

In his spare time, Alek enjoys playing tennis and basketball. Alek is a proud Alumni of the University of Regina Cougars Basketball 2000-2004 with various achievements such as GPAC Rookie of the Year 2000, and various All Star and MVP of Nationwide Tournaments.
