Carmen Bechard

Carmen was born in Regina and was raised on the family farm 35 miles Southeast of Regina.  But she has been proud to call Pense her home for over 20 years now.

Carmen worked briefly in the construction field, which fuelled her love of home renovation and gave her the skill set to accomplish any number of tasks around her own home.  Previously, Carmen worked for 16 years in the service industry for the RCMP Training Academy, as a Red Seal Cook. Through her extensive experience at the RCMP, Carmen was thrust into the path of wonderful people and amazing experiences she will never forget.  Always interested in real estate, Carmen took the leap and decided to enter the profession in 2010.

Carmen loves to spend time with family and friends.  She is an avid gardener and treasures her time on the farm.  When she has a spare moment she enjoys the life at the lake.  Ethically grounded, she enjoys volunteering her time and talents in various community groups.  She annually participates in events such as the Canadian Cancer Society’s Relay for Life. She is an avid Folk music enthusiast and often attends the Home Routes tours in Montmartre.
