    This proven pit was established in 2013, with crushing & some extraction beginning in 2014. Current open pit area measures approximately 7 acres; balance of the 40.27ac parcel untouched. Very little overburden evident throughout the pit. The current owner has only removed approximately 73,534m3 of aggregate since 2014. Approx. 7 acres of the 40 acres being sold has been exposed. Engineers report indicates the 40 acres that has been subdivided, all has a very high concentration of quality gravel, highest and best concentration of the area measured. Aggregate is concentrated well down past 4-6m deep. A limitation of the EM31-MK2 machine is that it can only detect up to 6m deep – the engineer stated that there is a good chance depths of the gravel are deeper than 6m from the readings received.
