Rita was always ready to help with appointments at the time that worked for me. She was nice and super friendly, it was so easy to communicate. Merv Andersen or Bill Mueller would accompany me to see the places and, since they are so experienced, they would point out subtle things that I would have missed but be really important for my decision process. It took several months to find a beautiful, not expensive, and cozy house. After months of (what felt like) every other commercial realtor disappearing when we needed something beyond the first listing they found, we landed on the RE/MAX team. Curtus Collins made the first time home buying process a breeze and was extremely helpful, accommodating and respectful of all of our decisions even with me being 7 months pregnant. Our deal was a bit confusing as we initially offered to purchase a piece of land and acreage which was not getting insured easily and he was able to write up that deal, close it, write us another deal on another property and then retract that when our original purchase ended up coming through.

He was very patient with us and dropped everything to accommodate our short time frame and uncertainty on what was going to happen with our deal. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home as he has the clients best interests in mind over his own at all times.
